What was in the way.

The client approached us to identify all new hotel investments planned for the next two years and the individuals responsible for purchasing decisions in those projects. The challenge was that in many cases it was unclear who was making the decisions — the developer, the architect, the external investor, or someone else entirely.

Our approach

How we ran the play.

  1. Phase 101

    Research

    Searched industry portals, investment press, local news, and official market sources to build the initial facility list — both already-announced and rumoured-stage projects.

  2. Phase 202

    Data enrichment

    Used Clay and Claygent AI to map developers, architectural offices, interior designers, and investors for each project. Built a multi-stakeholder graph per investment.

  3. Phase 303

    Decision-maker identification

    Leveraged KRS (Polish national company register) and LinkedIn to identify individuals. Initiated contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone to verify who actually held procurement authority for hotel equipment in each project.
